1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our web design, development, and digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We offer web design, web development, UI/UX design, SEO, and other related digital services as described in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are typically divided into milestones (e.g., upfront deposit, design approval, and final delivery).
- An upfront non-refundable deposit is required to commence work, unless stated otherwise in the project proposal.
- Final payment is due prior to the handover of the final product or migration to the live server.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or a pause in project progression.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing necessary assets (text, images, branding guidelines, access credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets may result in delays to the project timeline.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Projects typically include a set number of revisions during the design phase. Additional changes or out-of-scope requests after sign-off will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the copyright to the final website design and code. However, we retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website deliverables, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
