1. Overview

Due to the custom nature of our digital services (web design, development, and digital marketing), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while compensating for the time, labor, and expertise invested.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Initial Deposits: The upfront deposit required to begin a project is strictly non-refundable. It reserves our time and covers initial administrative and research phases.
  • Completed Work: Any payments made for completed project milestones or finalized deliverables are non-refundable.
  • Domain & Hosting: Fees paid for domain registrations, third-party hosting, or software licenses are non-refundable as they are paid directly to third-party vendors.
  • Digital Products: Any downloadable digital goods, templates, or consulting sessions that have already taken place are final sale and non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel a project mid-way through development:

  • The client must provide written notice of cancellation.
  • We will evaluate the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • If the work completed exceeds the initial deposit, the client will be billed for the proportionate remaining balance.
  • If the work completed is less than the deposit, no further payment is required, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as if we are entirely unable to fulfill the core requirements of the project through our own fault, provided no substantial work has commenced.
